Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes the principles and practices applicable to the Frostfire League Rally mobile game (referred to as the "Application") and the services connected with it. The Application is operated by HRANDIZ PP, which is referred to in this document as the "Service Provider." This policy explains what information may be handled during your use of the Application and how such information is protected and managed.
Information Collection and Use
Certain technical and usage-related information may be obtained automatically when you download, launch, or interact with the Application. The categories of information that may be collected include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
- The screens, sections, or features you access, along with relevant access dates, times, and approximate session durations
- The total time spent interacting with the Application
- The operating system running on your mobile device
- Information collected through cookies or similar tracking technologies, where applicable
Frostfire League Rally may rely on third-party software development kits (SDKs) and similar technologies, including cookies, tracking pixels, and other analytical tools, to support essential functions, measure usage, and improve service performance. Where consent is legally required for non-essential tracking, the Service Provider will seek your permission before enabling the relevant technologies.
Your Rights
Depending on the privacy laws applicable to your location, you may be entitled to access the personal information held about you, request corrections to inaccurate records, or ask for information to be erased. You may also withdraw consent when processing relies on your consent as its legal basis. To submit a request or exercise an applicable privacy right, contact the Service Provider at [email protected].
Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
Individuals residing in California may have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Depending on the circumstances, these rights may include learning about the categories of personal information collected and how it is used, requesting deletion, opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information where applicable, and receiving equal service regardless of exercising privacy rights.
California residents may direct privacy-related requests to HRANDIZ PP at [email protected]. Requests will be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Information you provide may also be used to send service announcements, essential notices, communications required by law, and marketing or promotional messages when permitted by applicable regulations.
Where particular Application features require information that can identify you, the Service Provider may ask you to provide the relevant details. Information submitted for these purposes will be handled according to the principles and limitations set out in this Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Access
Information that has been aggregated, anonymized, or processed so that it no longer reasonably identifies an individual may be shared with external service providers for analytical purposes, service maintenance, performance assessment, and Application improvement.
The Service Provider may also disclose information to third parties in other circumstances permitted by law and consistent with the practices described in this document.
International Data Transfers
Information relating to users may be processed or stored in countries other than the country where the user resides. This may occur when HRANDIZ PP or its third-party service providers operate in other jurisdictions, including countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Where international transfers are subject to legal restrictions, the Service Provider will use an appropriate transfer mechanism, which may include:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
- An applicable adequacy decision recognizing an adequate level of data protection
- Another transfer mechanism authorized by applicable privacy legislation
- The individual's consent, where consent is a valid and legally permitted basis for the transfer
Privacy requirements differ across jurisdictions. Where necessary, suitable safeguards and any required authorizations will be arranged before personal information is transferred internationally.
Frostfire League Rally may integrate external services that process information under their own privacy terms. Depending on the Application's configuration and use of these services, relevant providers may include:
The Service Provider may disclose information supplied by users or collected automatically in the following situations:
- When disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable laws, valid court orders, subpoenas, or other lawful requests
- When reasonably necessary to protect the Service Provider's legal rights, safeguard users or other individuals, investigate suspected fraud, or respond to requests from authorized public authorities
- When information must be provided to contractors or service providers performing authorized tasks on behalf of the Service Provider, provided they are subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations and are not independently authorized to use the information for unrelated purposes
Opt-Out Rights
If you no longer wish to allow Frostfire League Rally to collect additional information from your device, you can discontinue its use and uninstall it. Removing the Application will stop further collection through that installation, although information already provided to the Service Provider or external providers may continue to be stored according to their applicable retention policies.
For assistance with data deletion, consent withdrawal, or other privacy-related requests, please contact [email protected].
Data Retention Policy
The period for which information is retained depends on the reason it was collected, the nature of the information, and any applicable legal obligations. The following retention periods generally apply:
- Information provided by users: Normally retained while the Application is in use and for up to 12 months following the end of use, unless a longer period is required by law.
- Automatically collected information: Generally kept for up to 24 months from the date of collection, unless further retention is necessary for legal or compliance purposes.
- Aggregated or anonymized information: May be retained indefinitely where it can no longer reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual.
- Information required for legal compliance: Retained for the period prescribed by the relevant laws or regulations.
You may request the removal of your personal information. However, some records may need to be preserved to meet legal obligations or address legitimate compliance requirements.
If you would like HRANDIZ PP to delete information you have provided through the Application, send your request to [email protected]. Please note that removing certain information may limit or prevent access to features that depend on it.
Children
Frostfire League Rally is not intended specifically for children under 13 years of age, or below any higher minimum age established by the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or deliberately direct the Application toward them.
Where parental or legal guardian permission is required by law, children must not use the Application without the necessary authorization. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 in circumstances where such collection is prohibited.
If the Service Provider discovers that personal information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable requirements, reasonable steps will be taken to remove that information from the relevant systems without undue delay.
A parent or legal guardian who believes that a child has submitted personal information may contact HRANDIZ PP at [email protected]. The concern will be reviewed, and appropriate action will be taken where necessary.
Security
HRANDIZ PP applies reasonable safeguards intended to protect information handled through the Application against unauthorized access, improper disclosure, alteration, destruction, or loss. Depending on the circumstances, these safeguards may include technical security measures, organizational procedures, and physical protections.
Although reasonable precautions are taken, no method of electronic storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security in every situation.
Data Breach Notification
If a security incident compromises personal information, the Service Provider will notify affected individuals or relevant authorities when notification is required by applicable law. Where appropriate and legally necessary, the notification may outline the general circumstances of the incident and the measures taken or planned to investigate and mitigate its effects.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect modifications to Frostfire League Rally, changes in legal requirements, new technologies, or adjustments to information-handling practices.
When a significant revision is made, the updated document and its effective date will be published. If applicable law requires renewed consent for a material change, the necessary consent will be obtained before the change is implemented.
Previous versions of this Privacy Policy may be retained for reference. To request information about an earlier version, contact the Service Provider at [email protected].
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2026-10-09.
Your Consent
Where consent is required to process personal information, you provide it by actively authorizing the relevant feature, granting the requested permission, or otherwise taking the action specified for that purpose. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawfully carried out before the withdrawal took effect. Information processed under a different lawful basis may continue to be handled in accordance with the applicable provisions of this Privacy Policy.
